Rep. Ross' environmental voting record
Rep. Ross earned a 77% in the League of Conservation Voters’ 2008 National Environmental Scorecard, giving him a lifetime score of 48%.
Rep. Mike Ross (AR-04) serves on the Energy & Commerce Committee and the Energy & Environment Subcommittee in the U.S. House of Representatives. As a member of this committee, he has the tremendous opportunity to help shape legislation that will have a profound impact on the country’s energy future. In just a matter of weeks, the Committee will be taking one of the most important votes in its history, a vote on the American Clean Energy and Security Act. By voting for this bill, Rep. Ross can help ensure that we jump-start the clean energy economy and reduce global warming pollution instead of continuing to rely on dirty fossil fuels and remaining dependent on foreign oil. This website, a project of the League of Conservation Voters, seeks to educate Rep. Ross’s constituents about his votes and actions related to green jobs, clean energy, and global warming.
